Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your HAVA account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Appliance

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
